A fairmont king room has basic facilities you need. The location is magnificent, in the mountains.

The staff was efficient and the wake-up service and ironing were free of charge. The location was amazing, as you can walk to Whistler Mountain, ski school, Blackcomb Gondola, and Upper Village shops.

The accommodation is well-maintained and top-class. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping to spa staff to bell desk, are very amiable.- It is located in a stunning and magnificent location within walking distance of the Family Adventure Zone.

The property is fairly clean, has pleasant staff and location. Its staff are exceptional, I enjoyed it. The main bar is nice. Will be back, when I stay in Whistler.

The dining experience was excellent with top-notch service and delicious food, while the room offered a comfortable bed, complimentary WiFi, a Juliet balcony, and ample closet space.

The wonderful view, the best possible location, all the complementary services and amenities of the trip could be done inside the hotel without having to leave the resort if you don't want to. The top ski in & ski out in el sue he has been, the valet service for before and after skiing very comfortable, all the staff very friendly and willing to help you in everything. The best chocolate fondue I've ever tasted is at this hotel and available at almost all their restaurants and room service. All the restaurants inside the hotel are spectacular and ideal for every occasion. The swimming pool area is very complete with different temperatures according to the taste of the users. A family and pet friendly hotel. We were amazed and completely satisfied with our vacation and it was largely thanks to the resort we chose!

I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont. The front desk agent was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room change was handled smoothly despite the limited inventory. The location of the hotel was great; it had an old-world charm that I really enjoyed. I felt at home and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Despite a few minor issues with the room, I would still recommend this hotel.

The Fairmont Chateau Whistler is a clean and elegant place, with all the necessary facilities. It is situated in a marvelous location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Whistler Mountain. My stay at this hotel was truly special, in a beautiful area.

Really enjoyed our stay, big family get together with young kids, teenagers and adults and there something for everyone. Beds were extra comfy, resulted in fab nights sleep.
